YUWIE TIPS To Help You Succeed!

These tips will assist you as a new member of Yuwie.  For questions about Yuwie, you can always click on "Help" at the very top of your Yuwie page.  Be sure to read Yuwie’s "Terms And Services" located at the very bottom of your Yuwie page.

Referrals = Start asking your friends and family to join.

Anyone you get to sign up are considered your referrals.  As you get new referrals, add them up top on your page to generate hits to their page. Keep in mind that you make money off your referrals too.

Below are suggestions from Yuwie on generating referrals:

Add your referral link to your email signature. That way, every email you send will have your referral link in it.

Add your referral link to your message board signatures.

Post your referral link on the profile pages on your other social networking accounts.

You can find your referral link in the referral tools section.

Remember to use your Referral Tools in your Control Panel area.

Layouts – Setting up and personalizing your page:

Personalizing your page can be fun. In setting up your page, please don't use too many large graphics and slide shows.  This will cause your page to load slowly causing visitors to not want to visit your page often.  You can select a layout to use to enhance your Yuwie page. You can also use layouts from other sites on your profile. If you go to someone’s page and like their layout, you can ask them to share the layout/background codes with you. To select a layout for your Yuwie page, please see below:

Go to your Control Panel

Click "Edit Profile"

Click the Layout tab.

Once you're there, you can either choose one of the existing templates, or you can click the "create a new template link".  If you want to create a new template, you can either use:

Template Generator - with the generator you can choose colors, and styles for each section of your profile.

Advanced Editor - This is where you copy and paste layouts from other sites.

Friends at Yuwie: Send friend request to make new friends on Yuwie, create Blogs, add pictures, leave comments, etc.

Feel free to go through my Yuwie friends’ list and send them a friend request. When I get new referrals, I will post a bulletin to tell my friends to add them. This is something you should do for your new referrals.  The more people to visit your page will help to increase your earnings.

You can also click on the "Home" link (located at the top of your Yuwie page) to see recently added friends to Yuwie.  Visit their page and send them a friend request.

You can click on the "Browse" link (located at the top of your Yuwie page) to search based on what you want including, age, race, city, state, etc.

Top Friends:  When you first create your page, your top friends will continue to change order upon viewing your page.  To edit your top friends please see below:

Go to your Control Panel

Click the Friends Icon

Select "Top Friends"

You can add, remove, and arrange your friends up top.
(Use the drag and drop feature to arrange them.)

Accounting Settings: ONLINE Status

It would benefit you and your referrals to show your "Online" light because it generates more page views. If someone sees your light on, more than likely, they will come visit your page and leave a comment or send you an email, etc. To change your Privacy Settings to display your "Online" light, please follow the instructions below:

Please go to your control panel

Click on the first little picture for "Account Settings"

Click "Privacy Settings"

Show your online status: YES

There are many other helpful settings in this area as well.

Clubs at Yuwie: You may also visit my page at Yuwie and join the same professional clubs that I am a member. Joining clubs also cause more people to visit your page. However, you do not receive earnings for creating/joining clubs.

What actually counts as a paid page view?

When anyone views any of the pages below, it counts as 1 page view for you:

Your profile page

Your blog pages

View all your friends

View all your comments

Your picture pages

If someone views one of your shared layouts

When you view any of these pages, it counts as 1 page view.

Any of your control panel pages, including but not limited to: settings, messaging, friends, referrals, favorites, etc.

The following does not count as a page view:

Refreshing/reloading a page

Any page that's viewed within 3 seconds of the last page doesn't count.

When I first joined Yuwie, I wanted to know how much was everyone really making on the Yuwie site.  Now that I have been using Yuwie daily, honestly it's not about the money!  I have met some really nice and intelligent people.  I am a member of many social networking sites, but Yuwie is the one I log into first in the mornings.  My friends and I network and use each others' business products/services.  Yuwie is a great way to network, share positive quotes/stories of inspiration, and you may even find your soul mate.  As long as Yuwie is free to join/use and present a positive environment for social networking, I will be a Yuwie member and will proudly promote it at Avis Business Services.  As far as the money I make while being a member of Yuwie...I promise that when I reach $1,000 in Yuwie earnings, I will gladly post it here for everyone to see, smile!
