Do you have a rolodex with hundreds of business cards that you have collected over the years?  If yes, would you like us to turn those cards into a database to generate labels for your use?

We can create a database file in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, or Microsoft Excel.  We can also type them into your Microsoft Outlook Contacts.

Are you sending out a mass mailing and you need assistance folding and stuffing envelopes?

We can come to your office and pick up the material.  Once we have completed the folding and stuffing, we will deliver it to you.  If needed, we can also work temporarily on site at your place of business.

Is your filing starting to pile up?

We are very organized and would be happy to come to your office and assist you with filing.  We can also assist with creating file folder labels.  We have experience using Jeter Filing Systems.
