We have over 20 years of administrative experience and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  Whatever your business support needs are, we are here to assist you.  At Avis Business Services, you will receive friendly-professional service you expect from a leader.  We provide reliable, professional, accurate, and confidential services at a very reasonable rate to our clients. Our work ethics are high, and we take pride in providing the best customer service possible. 

Since we are not your employees but work as independent contractors, we pay our own taxes and other supplementary benefits. You are only responsible for paying us for the hours we work for you.  Our business hours are convenient to fit your needs.  We are available 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM.  If you require our administrative services for a few hours or more than eight hours a day, we are available to assist you.

On-Site Administrative Services:  If you are looking for a top-notch assistant to work on site at your place of business, we can assist you.  We would be happy to come to your office to cover staff vacations, sick leaves, maternity leaves, or to assist you on a temporary basis.  We are available to work on site a few hours a day or more, as needed.  For on-site administrative services, arrangements can be made for evenings, weekends, and holiday requests.

Off-Site Administrative Services:  If you are looking for a top-notch assistant to work off site, we can assist you.  For off-site services, we will come to your office and pick up the work.  Depending on your needs, we can also correspond via email, overnight mail, or regular mail.  Once the work is complete, we will deliver it to you.  We are available to work off site for a few hours a day or more, as needed.  For off-site administrative services, arrangements can be made for evenings, weekends, and holiday requests.

Courier/Delivery Services Whenever you have an important document that you need delivered fast, we can hand deliver it for you.  We deliver business to business only (no home deliveries).  We provide same day deliveries (Monday-Friday) with a cut-off time of 5 PM. Orders placed after that time take precedence for next day delivery.  We deliver documents and packages (not to exceed 20 lbs.).  Once a delivery is complete, we will mail you an invoice.  Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.

Do you need us to edit/proofread your book or other documents?

We love to read, and our grammar skills are impeccable.  You can email us a file, mail it to us, or we can come to your office and pick it up.  We can make the necessary edits and deliver the document back to you.  It's just that simple!

Do you need us to type an Employee Handbook, Policy and Procedures Manual, or a Format and Styles Manual for your company?

We have fast-accurate word processors who enjoy typing.

 

Q:

Do you have a rolodex with hundreds of business cards that you have collected over the years?  If yes, would you like us to turn those cards into a Microsoft Access database to generate labels for your use?

A:

We love using Microsoft Access!  Therefore, this would be an enjoyable task for us to do for you.  If you do not use Microsoft Access, we can create a mail merge file in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.

Are you sending out a mass mailing and you need assistance folding and stuffing envelopes?

A:

We can come to your office and pick up the material.  Once we have completed the folding and stuffing, we will deliver it to you.  If needed, we can also work temporarily on site at your place of business.

Do you need assistance at your trade show event, conference, or office party?

A:

We would be happy to attend your event to hand out your business information and perform other administrative tasks as requested.  We can be your extra set of hands to assist in setting up and making sure your office party runs smoothly.
